شهد العالم هذا الأسبوع أحداثا متسارعة ومأساوية في غزة، وكارثة طبيعية في أفغانستان، وتحولات سياسية واقتصادية في سوريا.

غزة تعيش أسبوعا جديدا من التصعيد مع استمرار الغارات الإسرائيلية التي طالت منازل وأحياء سكنية وأوقعت عشرات الشهداء والجرحى. ومع اشتداد الحصار ومنع دخول المساعدات الغذائية والطبية، تتفاقم المجاعة وتزداد معاناة السكان، في مشهد يختزل قسوة الأزمة الإنسانية.

لندن تشهد مسيرة احتجاجية واسعة تحت شعار “أوقفوا تجويع غزة”، ارتدى خلالها المتظاهرون أقنعة تصوّر زعماء العالم في زي برتقالي، في رسالة رمزية ضد تقاعس المجتمع الدولي عن حماية المدنيين الفلسطينيين. والمظاهرة تعد الثلاثين منذ بداية الحرب في أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2023.

صندوق التنمية في سوريا

الأمم المتحدة تعلن إنشاء صندوق تنمية خاص بسوريا يهدف إلى دعم إعادة الإعمار وتوفير التمويل للمشروعات الحيوية. الخطوة أثارت جدلا سياسيا واسعا بين من اعتبرها ضرورة إنسانية، ومن رأى فيها بوابة لتكريس نفوذ دولي جديد داخل البلاد.
